The whole life of Mr. Ganga delegates to Indian food. At the age of 18 he helped in his family restaurant in India where they got all the supplies from their own farm.
In 1988 he started his own restaurant in Hong Kong. All along he sticks to the principles, using the quality meat and ALL important SPICES, e.g. cloves, mutmet, black pepper, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, must be freshly imported from his own garden, grinding for a week's use, then use the fresh spice again.
That is the reason why his sauce is so unique and the restaurant exists until now.
Tell you a secret, Mr. Gana is an expert in making 'DOSA'. He is planning to put it in menu, but only serves as a complimentary food for his dine-in customers.
